This document is intended to inform all clients, tenants, vendors, and affiliated service providers of the cooperative business relationship among the following entities:

• TM Capital LLC
• TF Capital LLC
• TFCRI (TF Capital Real Estate Investments)

Purpose of Affiliation

These entities operate in affiliation to provide a unified and streamlined experience across rental property management, real estate investment, and tenant support services. While each company remains a separate legal entity, they collaborate closely to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and support community development.

How This Affects You

As a valued client, tenant, or partner, this affiliation ensures:

• Consistent      Communication – You may receive communication or support from any of the      affiliated entities, depending on the nature of your inquiry or service      needs.
• Coordinated Services – Leasing, property maintenance, rent processing, and support      services may be handled by any of the affiliated companies under shared      management policies.
• Voucher & Housing Program Support – All entities work together to      uphold standards required by local housing authorities and are committed      to serving both voucher-based and market-rate tenants.
• Confidentiality & Compliance – All entities are bound by confidentiality obligations and comply      with fair housing laws and all applicable state and federal regulations.
