- Submit Your Application
Complete our rental application form and provide all required documentation. This typically includes a photo ID, proof of income, and rental history.
- Application Review & Screening
We conduct background and credit checks to ensure eligibility. This step helps us create a safe and reliable community for all tenants.
- Approval & Deposit
Once approved, we’ll notify you and provide details on the security deposit and any applicable fees required to reserve your unit.
- Lease Signing
You’ll receive a lease agreement outlining all terms and responsibilities. Once signed, you’re officially on your way to moving in!
- Move-In Day
We’ll coordinate a convenient move-in date and provide you with the keys to your new home. A walkthrough may also be conducted to note the unit’s condition.
